Who we are

Dacia Reserve LLC is a Florida limited liability company at 422 S Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020. We run a Romanian deli and smokehouse, the website at www.daciareserve.food, and the Dacia Reserve app for iPhone and Android.

In these terms, we and us mean Dacia Reserve LLC. You means anyone who visits the site, uses the app, creates an account, or orders from us.

Accepting these terms

By using the site or the app, by creating an account, or by placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Your account

You can browse and order as a guest. An account keeps your orders, your points, and how we reach you, in one place.

You can create an account with your phone number and a code we text you, with an email address and a password, with Google, or with Sign in with Apple. One phone number belongs to one account. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so write to hello@daciareserve.food if you think someone else is using it.

Give us information that is true and yours to give: your own name, your own phone number, your own email address. We may suspend or close an account used to abuse the site, the ledger, or our staff.

You can delete your account yourself at any time: on the site under Account, then Security, and in the app under the Account tab. Deletion happens right away and cannot be undone. Points on the ledger go with it.

Ordering and pickup

Orders placed on this site and in the app are for pickup at 422 S Dixie Hwy or to eat at our tables. We do not deliver and we do not ship.

Online orders carry an online order fee of 4% of the items after any reward, which helps cover the cost of taking orders online. Florida sales tax applies to it. It is shown as its own line at checkout, before you pay, and it is not charged at the counter.

You can order for as soon as possible, or choose a time up to seven days ahead in fifteen minute slots, inside our opening hours. We are closed on Mondays.

Ready times are an estimate, not a promise. Around twenty minutes is our usual, and checkout shows what the kitchen expects that day. A full counter, a late delivery, or a grill that quits can move it.

An order is accepted when your card is charged and you have an order number. We may refuse or cancel an order when an item has run out, when a price on the page was wrong, when the kitchen cannot make it that day, or when the order looks fraudulent.

Please collect your order during the hours it was scheduled for. Food left at the counter past closing is thrown out.

Prices, tax, and tip

Prices are in US dollars and can change as our costs do. Nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell at a listed price. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Florida sales tax is calculated by Square at checkout. Prepared food is taxed; goods sold by the pound from the case generally are not. The cart shows an estimate, the register shows the exact figure, and the exact figure is what is charged.

A tip is optional, goes to the team, and is capped at half the subtotal.

Paying

Payments are processed by Square. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash App Pay.

The card fields on our checkout page belong to Square. Your card number, its expiry, and its security code go straight to Square and never reach our servers, so we never see them and never store them. What we keep is Square's order and payment identifiers, the amounts, the tip, and any refund.

Your card is charged when the order is placed. The statement reads DACIA RESERVE.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

There is no cancel button yet. To change or cancel an order, come to the counter or write to orders@daciareserve.food and we will do it by hand.

Refunds are issued at the counter through Square, back to the card that paid. A refund usually appears on your statement within five to ten business days.

Points earned on a refunded order come off the ledger in the same proportion, and a reward used on a canceled order returns to your ledger.

Allergens and the kitchen

Ingredients and allergens are listed on each item page and at the counter. Ask before you order.

Everything is prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, sesame, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, and peanuts. We cannot guarantee any item is free of an allergen. If an allergy is serious, tell the counter before you order.

Recipes and suppliers change. The menu behind the counter is the authoritative one.

The Reserve Ledger

The Reserve Ledger is our rewards program. It is free, and it comes with an account.

Earning: ten points for every dollar, counted on the subtotal before tax and before tip. Online orders earn when they are paid. In store, you earn when the register has your account attached, which the counter does with the phone number on your profile.

Founding bonus: the first 200 customer accounts receive 200 points, later accounts confirmed through December 5, 2026 receive 100 points, once per member. The points and the place in that count come when the account is confirmed, which for an email sign-up is when you open the link we send.

Rewards: every reward has a price in points, and redeeming it takes that price off your balance. The welcome serving of papanași on the house is 200 points and can be taken once per account; every other reward can be taken again each time you earn its price. You redeem online at checkout or at the counter with the phone number on your account, and always together with a purchase: the reward comes off a ticket that has at least one paid item on it. One reward at a time. A reward you redeem for the counter is held for seven days, and if you do not use it the points come back to your balance.

Refunds: when we refund an order, the points it earned come off the ledger in proportion.

Points have no cash value. We do not buy them back, and they cannot be sold, transferred, or combined between accounts. Points do not expire today. Points and rewards belong to the account and are lost when the account is deleted.

We can correct a ledger by hand when something goes wrong, and every correction is recorded with the reason and who made it. We can change the program, change what a reward costs, or end it, with notice on this page and in your account. A reward you have already redeemed will be honored for a reasonable time after any such change.

Points earned by mistake, through fraud, or on a second account for the same person or phone number can be removed. One phone number belongs to one account.

Email and text messages

Order email and order texts are service messages: your receipt, your tracking link, and word that the order is ready. They go to the address and the number given for that order and they are not marketing. Order emails come while you have an open order. Order texts and the other account texts come too, unless you reply STOP, which ends every text from us. Review requests and marketing texts follow the SMS Terms.

Marketing email and marketing texts are separate and optional. You choose them when you sign up, and you can change them later under Account, then Preferences. If you told our cashier yes to our texts before October 5, 2026, you are opted in to marketing texts too, and you can reply STOP at any time. Message frequency varies, up to 4 marketing messages a month, and message and data rates may apply. Unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, reply HELP for help, or write to hello@daciareserve.food. Our SMS Terms page has the full program terms. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

Catering and events

A catering inquiry is a request, not a booking. We write back with a quote, and a date is held only once we confirm it to you in writing.

The app

The Dacia Reserve app, when it launches on the App Store and Google Play, will be free. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it on devices you own, for your own use. Please do not copy it, take it apart, or resell it.

The App Store and Google Play have their own terms and their own refund rules, and your download is between you and them. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them against you.

How you may use the site and the app

Browse, share links, order food. Please do not scrape or bulk-download our pages, submit anyone else's information, probe or break our security, use our forms to send spam, resell or automate ordering, open accounts to farm points, or reverse engineer the app.

We can suspend or remove access when any of that happens.

Our content

The Dacia Reserve name, the crest, the photographs, and the text on this site and in the app belong to Dacia Reserve LLC. Link to us and share us freely. Please ask before using any of it commercially.

When you write to us, or leave a note on an order, we use what you wrote to answer you and to run the business.

Disclaimers

The site and the app are provided as is and as available. We do not promise they will always be online, error free, or complete. Menu items, prices, hours, and photographs can be out of date. Nothing here is medical or dietary advice.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Dacia Reserve LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the site, the app, or an order, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim concerns.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the business grows. The date at the top of this page says when we last did. Continuing to use the site, the app, or your account after a change means you accept it.

If the English and Romanian versions differ, the English one governs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Broward County, Florida, and you and we agree to that venue.
