Bilingual Romanian and English Front Counter and Food Service Associate

Dacia Reserve is hiring a friendly, dependable and organized person to work our front counter and look after our customers. Speaking Romanian is required, because many of our customers are Romanian, and you must also communicate well in English.

The work

• Greet customers and take their orders.
• Serve the prepared meals from the kitchen.
• Slice, weigh, package and serve products from the refrigerated deli case.
• Make coffee and other drinks.
• Run the register and take payments.
• Answer questions about the menu and the deli products.
• Keep the front counter, dining room, coffee station and deli case clean and organized.
• Restock drinks, packaging and counter supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff.

What we need

• You speak Romanian.
• You communicate well in English.
• You are friendly, polite and comfortable with customers.
• You are dependable, on time, organized and willing to learn.
• You can stand for long stretches and keep up when it gets busy.
• You can work weekends.
• Restaurant, deli, cashier, barista or customer service experience is preferred.
• Deli slicer experience is a plus, and we can train you.
