This website is operated by Dacia Reserve LLC, a Florida company. When these terms say "we" or "us", that's who they mean. When they say "you", they mean anyone visiting this site or joining our waitlist.

Using this site

This site exists to tell you about Dacia Reserve and let you sign up for opening news. You're welcome to browse, share links, and sign up. Please don't misuse it: don't scrape the waitlist form, don't submit other people's information, and don't try to break things.

The menu

The menu on this site reflects what the kitchen makes, and prices may change as costs do. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell at a listed price. The menu behind the counter is the authoritative one.

Waitlist messages

If you join the waitlist and check the email consent box, you agree to receive news and marketing from Dacia Reserve by email. If you also check the separate SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, reply HELP to any text for assistance, or write to hello@daciareserve.food. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

Our content

The Dacia Reserve name, crest, and the text and images on this site belong to Dacia Reserve LLC. You can share and link to them freely. Please ask before reusing them commercially.

Disclaimers

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. We don't promise it will always be online or error free, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for damages that come from using it. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows, especially when online ordering and the mobile app launch. Updates get posted on this page with a new effective date.
