The kitchen serves traditional Romanian food: ciorbe (sour soups), sarmale (cabbage rolls stuffed with meat and rice), and mici, grilled rolls of seasoned minced beef and pork served without a casing, a staple of the Romanian cookout. The smokehouse case sells house-made fresh mici, fresh sausage, smoked sausage, slănină, pastramă, and salam de casă by the pound, cut and wrapped to order. Dacia Reserve is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, closed Mondays. Most plates run $12 to $22.
