The program
Dacia Reserve sends recurring marketing text messages: our opening announcement, weekly specials, and event or catering news. The program is operated by Dacia Reserve LLC, 422 S Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020.
Consent and opt-in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our waitlist form or on the SMS sign-up page at daciareserve.food. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time; you will receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or write to hello@daciareserve.food.
Privacy
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
