Our story
From the Carpathians to the Coast
Dacia Reserve takes its name from the ancient kingdom of the Carpathians, a land of oak forests and mountain pastures where the table was always set for guests. We’re a family-owned deli bringing the smokehouse of Transylvania to South Florida.
We still do things the slow way. The sausage is tied by hand and smoked over hardwood, and the recipes were passed down to us rather than written down.
