Dacia Reserve LLC (“Dacia Reserve”, “we”, “us”) is a Romanian artisan deli based in Hollywood, Florida. This policy describes what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect what you type into the form: your name and phone number, plus your email address and anything you write in the optional fields, if you choose to share them.

We do not collect payment information on this website, and we do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your contact information to send you the news you signed up for: our opening announcement and occasional updates about Dacia Reserve. We only send marketing messages to people who checked the consent box, and every message includes a way to opt out.

If you write to us by email, we use your message to respond to you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site for us: secure form storage and email delivery. They process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our messages at any time using the link in any email, by replying STOP to any text message, or by writing to hello@daciareserve.food.

You can also ask us to show you the information we hold about you, or to delete it entirely. Email hello@daciareserve.food and we'll take care of it.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

As Dacia Reserve grows into online ordering, a mobile app, and loyalty rewards, this policy will grow with it. We'll post any updates on this page with a new effective date.
