Giveaway Official Rules

Sponsor

The Dacia Reserve Holiday Giveaway (the giveaway) is run by Dacia Reserve LLC, 422 S Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020 (the Sponsor). Questions about the giveaway go to hello@daciareserve.food.

By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

Who can enter

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 or older when they enter.

Residency is checked when a winner picks up the prize, not when you enter.

Employees of the Sponsor, the people who live in their household, and their immediate family (spouse, parents, children, brothers and sisters) cannot enter.

The giveaway is void where the law prohibits it.

Entry period

The giveaway starts on October 7, 2026 at 12 AM and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM, Eastern Time (the entry period). Entries made before or after the entry period do not count. The Sponsor's clock is the official clock for the giveaway.

How to enter

You can enter in any of the ways below. Each one counts the same.

• Free, online: sign in to your Dacia Reserve account, or make one for free, and save your holiday list at www.daciareserve.food/en/holidays. A list you saved before the entry period is entered for you when it opens, as long as the list is on your account before the entry period ends.
• Free, at the shop: scan the code at the counter at 422 S Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020, while we are open. It opens the same page.

Extra entries for friends: once your list is saved, your account shows a link of your own to share. Each friend who saves a holiday list through your link, as a new or existing member, gives you one more entry, up to 5. Your own list never counts as a friend's. Inviting friends is never required to enter or to win.

Each person gets one entry for a saved holiday list, online or from the counter's code, plus any extra entries for friends. Saving or changing your list more than once still counts as one entry.

Entries made from more than one account by the same person, or made by a script or a bot, do not count.

No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win. A purchase does not improve your chances.

Saving a holiday list is free and is not an order. Nothing is charged, and nothing has to be bought to keep your entry. Cancelling your list does not cancel your entry: the list is not a purchase, so its entry stays in every draw.

Agreeing to receive texts or emails from us is never a condition of entering or of winning. You can leave the texts box unticked and say no to our emails, and your entries count exactly the same.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in each draw. Each entry is one chance, so a person with four entries has four times the chance of a person with one.

Prizes and their value

10 prizes are given, one per winner, over 5 draws:

• First prize: a traditional Romanian gift basket from our smokehouse: sausage, tobă, mici, caltaboș and lebăr (any item may be replaced with one of equal or greater value), with an approximate retail value of $250.
• Second prize: a Dacia Reserve gift card, with an approximate retail value of $150.
• Third prize: a Dacia Reserve gift card, with an approximate retail value of $100.
• Fourth to tenth prizes (7 prizes): a Dacia Reserve gift card each, with an approximate retail value of $50 each.

The approximate retail value of all prizes in the giveaway is $850.

The prizes are drawn on these dates, and every draw is shown on our Instagram, @daciareserve:

• November 6, 2026, filmed and posted the same day: a $50 gift card.
• November 13, 2026, filmed and posted the same day: a $50 gift card.
• November 20, 2026, filmed and posted the same day: a $50 gift card.
• November 27, 2026, filmed and posted the same day: a $50 gift card.
• December 1, 2026, live: the smokehouse basket, a $150 gift card, a $100 gift card, 3 gift cards of $50 each, drawn in that order.

A gift card won in the giveaway is a promotional card. It has no cash value, cannot be reloaded or exchanged for cash, and must be used by March 31, 2027, the date printed on the card.

A prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or turned into cash. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may give a prize of equal or greater value instead. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.

Total prize value

The total value of all prizes offered in the giveaway is under $5,000 (Florida Statutes, section 849.094).

How winners are picked and told

Winners are picked at random by computer from all eligible entries, on the dates above. Each draw is made from the eligible entries received before it starts, and entries carry over: an entry made before one draw is in every later draw too.

Each person can win one prize. A person who is drawn, whether they then win or forfeit the prize, is left out of every later draw.

We tell each winner by text and by email, at the phone number and the email address on their holiday list or their account. We never ask a winner for a password, a card number, or a payment.

A winner has 72 hours from that message to reply. If a winner does not reply in time, cannot be reached, or is not eligible, the prize is forfeited and drawn again at random from the remaining eligible entries.

With the winner's permission, the Sponsor may share their first name and a photo of the pickup.

Picking up the prize

Winners pick up their prize in person at 422 S Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL 33020, within 30 days of being told they won, while we are open. Bring a photo ID with the name you entered under, and something that shows you live in Florida, such as a Florida driver's license or ID card, or a recent bill with your Florida address. Residency is checked at pickup, and a winner who cannot show it forfeits the prize.

Prizes are not mailed. A prize that is not picked up in time is forfeited.

General conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, breaks these rules, or acts unfairly toward others.

If fraud, a technical failure, or anything else outside the Sponsor's control harms the giveaway, the Sponsor may change, pause, or cancel it. If it is cancelled, the Sponsor may pick winners from the eligible entries received before then.

If any part of these rules is found invalid, the rest still applies. If the English and Romanian versions of these rules differ, the English version applies.

Limitation of liability

By entering, you release the Sponsor, its owners, employees and agents from any claim arising from the giveaway or from accepting or using a prize, as far as the law allows.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received because of a technical problem, including a problem with Instagram or Facebook.

Privacy

We use what you give us when you enter to run the giveaway and to reach the winners. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.

Instagram and Facebook

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. By entering on either one, you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility for the giveaway.

Questions about the giveaway go to the Sponsor, not to Instagram or Facebook.

Governing law

These rules and the giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
