Artisan Deli is now Dacia Reserve

For years the deli at 422 S Dixie Hwy in Hollywood was Geta's. Plenty of people still call it Artisan Deli, and a few still ask for her at the counter. Same building, same kitchen. The sign says Dacia Reserve now, and Sorin is the one behind the counter.

What is different is what comes out of the smokehouse. Sausage tied by hand and smoked slow over hardwood, house salami hung to dry, pastramă and slănină, all of it cut and weighed in front of you. The kitchen cooks to order, and there is a plate of the day from Tuesday to Sunday.
