Delete your account

Three steps

1. Sign in, here on the site or in the Dacia Reserve app.
2. Open Account.
3. Open Security, choose Delete account, and confirm.

What is removed

Your sign-in, your name, your email address and your phone number. Removed at once, and the account cannot be brought back.

Your Reserve Ledger points and the milestones you had reached. They go with the account and cannot be given back.

Your saved preferences, including your answers about marketing email and text messages.

Orders you already paid for stay in our sales records with your account detached from them. They are our books, and tax and accounting rules expect us to hold them.
